^ LOL
Here is quick, easy access to all the birthing videos.
Here is the Miles Circuit
Here is the shake the apples (you can do it without the rebozo!!!)
Here is the hip squeeze
Here is the sacral pressure
Here is the abdominal lifts (I personally like lifting the belly without the scarf and just with my hands)
If you'd like to make a birth plan, here are some options (example one, example two, example three, example four, example five <- that's mine haha) but feel free to do some Googling and use another one that you find + like.
And do you need to do one? No. Do you need to give it to your CP? No.
The birth plan is meant to be something to guide your preparation, something to align your decisions with, something to look at to figure out how you want to feel at your birth, something to use as talking points with your care provider leading up to birth - not a set of "must-get"s or "must-do"s.
You are meant to use your birth plan for self-advocacy + make sure you know your options + that you're prepared for the big day.
If you have any questions, send me an email!
