Here are lots and lots of labouring and pushing positions!

There's no 'right' or 'wrong' position, but changing positions and using gravity are definitely the most helpful. Below are lots of ideas; yellow are more active postures and whereas the blue are more passive and restful.

I usually suggest changing every 30 minutes, going in a yellow-yellow-blue pattern.
