Here is a video of the super swaddle that I demonstrated in class. And in case you wanted to try a more classic swaddle, here is another video that demonstrates that.

For bathing, this is my fav video on how to bathe a baby (and be sure to use a washcloth/muslin to help baby feel secure) and here is a video of a newborn being washed in the sink. It's a different approach then the video we watched and it might work better for your sink/facilities/set-up.

As a reminder, the ideal bath temperature is 37 to 38 degrees. It might feel very warm to the touch, but remember that baby has spent lots of time living inside another warm being so that warm water is actually very comforting and comfortable.

And for diapering, there are lots of hacks and trick videos but the best (and only) way to learn, IMO, is by lots of practice. But here is a video that gives you a brief overview plus specific tips for changing males and females.
