basically two birth-y date nights where we go over all things labour + postpartum related (a complete birth plan, labour + pushing positions, how to manage early labour, how your partner can help, pp recovery, etc.) access to my roadmap an online platform of 50+ videos that pretty much answers every question you could ever have about pregnancy, birth and pp (get a quick tour of the roadmap here) on-call support call me, text me, email 24/7 with any question, concern, worry or exciting piece of news you have (yes i want to see your nursery, yes i want to hear about your appointments, yes tell me if you think you lost your mucous plug) |

LABOUR + DELIVERY

in-person + place of birth care
typically a slumber party where we hang out for a bunch of hours together + get to meet your baby at the end (think massage, tens machine, help with asking the right q's, partner support, more massage - aka an amazing experience) more on-call support call me, text me, email 24/7 + as of 37 weeks i'm waiting for that call to support you in-person too (whether i'm going to your home for early labour support or there for when things get real, i'm only a call away) |

POSTPARTUM
|
the golden hour
i get you all settled with babe, help with that first feed, get you your victory meal + celebrate you for being such a bad-ass (home or hospital, ob or midwife, belly or vaginal -- i'll be there somehow someway) two postpartum at-home visits whether it's right when you get home or once life gets real, i pop in for a couple hours + help do whatever needs to get done (sometime it's birth processing, other times it's catching a few zzz's + sometimes it's just a walk to the park to chat -- i'm here) all the on-call support this is when i really shine - please call or text me (24/7!) with any question, concern, worry or exciting piece of news you have (yes i want baby photos, yes i can help you with feeding questions, yes i'll tell you if that's normal or if you should call your doc) |
