Two In-Person Prenatal Appointments
These are two birth-y date nights where we go over all things labour + postpartum related (we make your birth plan/preferences, we make sure you know when to go to the hospital/call your midwife, we talk about timing contractions, go over the different (and many) way partners can help when things get *real* and chat all things postpartum recovery + baby too. + no time limit on these because there's no place I'd rather be.) Access to my Roadmap You get access to my online platform of 65+ videos that answers every question you have re: pregnancy, birth and pp (get a quick tour of the roadmap here) On-Call Support You can call, text, email 24/7 with any question, worry or exciting piece of news you have at any any any time We'll have a group chat going with whoever your birth support person is so information is all in one place You can also book in for as many video calls as you want/need -- I'm truly a doula at your service I've never had a client message me too much -- are you up for the challenge? (yes I want to see your nursery, yes I want to hear about your appointments, yes tell me if you think you lost your mucous plug) |

In-Person Care During Labour + Delivery
I am 100% there for you, mind body + soul, the day you go into labour to help any + every way I can I support you through all the surprises, adventures, challenges -- birth is a *trip* + good support makes all the difference (think massage, tens machine, help with asking the right q's, partner support, more massage, suggesting what to do to help labour progress, pain management techniques, making sure the partner feels included) Advocacy My job is to be there for YOU and make you're heard by your care providers I can't speak for you but I'll know all of your preferences and what's important to you (I see one of my primary roles as making sure your birth experience is yours) From Start to Finish I am on-call for in-person birth support as soon as you’re 37 weeks – my entire life essentially revolves around being there for you on the big day Whether labour happens spontaneously or you're induced, I'll be there when things get spicy (and yes, I’m in it for the long haul – 24+ hour births happen but the motherlovin’ never stops) |

POSTPARTUM

The Golden Hour
I help bring you back to earth and get you all settled with babe in the first hour after birth (this could include support with that first feed, getting you your victory meal, reviewing newborn care, postpartum recovery, what to expect in the first 24 hours + celebrating you for being such a bad-ass) Two Postpartum At-Home Visits Whether it's right when you get home or once life gets real, I show up Marry Poppins style for a couple hours + do whatever needs to get done (sometime it's birth processing, other times it's catching a few zzz's + maybe just a walk to the park to chat -- I'm here) All the On-Call Support for 12 Weeks After Babe's Big Birthday Just like in pregnancy, you can call or text me with any question, concern, worry (and of course good news too!) any time of the day, unlimited times I help with getting baby on a routine, stretching night sleep and making sure you feel good (yes I can also help you with feeding questions, yes I will help your baby *not* sleep on you, yes you can send me poop photos, and yes I'll tell you if it looks normal or if you should call your doc) |
